Submission Procedure

  1. Eligibility Check
    Ensure that your organization meets the eligibility criteria for the award categories. This includes being actively involved in facility management within the relevant sectors.
  2. Application Form
    Complete the official application form available on the conference website. Ensure all required sections are filled out accurately.
  3. Supporting Documentation
    Prepare and attach necessary supporting documents, which may include:
    • Case studies or project descriptions
    • Evidence of sustainability initiatives, technological innovations, or risk management practices
    • Testimonials or endorsements from clients or stakeholders
  4. Submission Deadline
    Submit your application by Sep 15, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
  5. Review Process
    Applications will be reviewed by a panel of industry experts. Finalists may be contacted for additional information or clarification.
  6. Notification
    Successful applicants will be notified via email regarding their status and any further instructions.

Conditions for Submission

  1. Original Work
    All submissions must be original and not previously submitted for any other awards.
  2. Confidentiality
    Any proprietary or confidential information should be clearly marked. The review panel will respect confidentiality, but cannot guarantee it.
  3. Limit on Submissions
    Each company may submit applications for only one category.
  4. Compliance

  5. Presentation Requirement
    Finalists may be required to present their initiatives during the conference, providing a brief overview of their submissions.
  6. Judging Criteria

Active Engagement: The organization must be actively engaged in facility management practices that prioritize sustainability.

Project Implementation: Must have at least one implemented sustainability initiative or project within the last two years.

Measurable Impact: Evidence of measurable outcomes related to environmental, social, or economic benefits must be provided.

Technology Adoption: The organization must have adopted or developed innovative technologies that enhance facility management operations.

Recent Implementation: Technologies should have been implemented within the past two years.

Demonstrated Effectiveness: Clear evidence of the technology’s impact on efficiency, user experience, or operational improvements must be included.

  1. Outstanding Risk Management and Security Practices

Active Risk Management: The organization must demonstrate a proactive approach to risk management and security within facility operations.

Policy and Procedures: Must have established policies and procedures in place for managing risks and ensuring security.

Case Studies: At least one documented case study showcasing effective risk mitigation strategies or security enhancements within the last two years is required.

General Eligibility Requirements

Industry Involvement: Applicants must be organizations operating within the facility management sector.

Geographic Scope: Open to both local and international companies, provided they are involved in facility management in Qatar or GCC region.
